At GlutenGo, you are in control of your account and data. If you no longer want to use GlutenGo, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Before you delete your account
Deleting your account may remove your profile information, saved products, favorite restaurants, shopping lists, preferences, and other data linked to your account. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup purposes.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

In your message, please include:
- The email address linked to your GlutenGo account
- A short message confirming you want to delete your account
- Do not include passwords or sensitive medical information
What happens after your request
After receiving your request, we may need to verify that you own the account. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, security, and technical requirements.
Data that may remain temporarily
Some data may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or records required by law. This retained data is limited and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
